Q: No connection to box.
A: Check if the webinterface is working correctly. e.g. with a browser.
Q: SSL Connection did not working.
A: SSL settings of the box do not match.
SSL Port of the app is wrong. Default = 443
Q: Auto Timer, Epgrefresh or bouquet editor - Plugin not found.
A: These plugins just work with the webinterface plugin and not with the Openwebif.
S: Install Web Interface plugin on the box and adjust the ports in the profile.
Q: Streaming is only working using WLAN.
A: Streaming over 3G is deactivated by default and can be activated in expert settings.
Q: Timeout error on some actions.
A: The connection to the box is too slow or the list is too long.
S: Set higher timeout value in the profile.
F: HD Stream is not working or stops after few seconds (not transcoding)
A:For HD stream is only working on iPhone5S or similar iPad.
